PROPERTY SERVICE CONTRACT. Party B shall cooperate with the Property Management Unit to sign the property service contract in a timely manner. However, regardless of whether the property service contract is signed, Party B shall pay the property management fee to the Property Management Unit in accordance with the fee calculation items and calculation period stipulated in this Article.
PROPERTY SERVICE CONTRACT. The principal terms of Property Service Contract are set out below:
(1) Xinglu Wastewater Treatment; and
(2) Xinglu Property Management. management services to the following eight wastewater treatment plants of Xinglu Wastewater Treatment:
(i) Chengnan Wastewater Treatment Plant (including the integrated office building of Xinglu Wastewater Treatment);
(ii) Chengdong Wastewater Treatment Plant;
(iii) Yaerdang Wastewater Treatment Plant;
(iv) Erdaoxi Wastewater Treatment Plant;
(v) Naxi Wastewater Treatment Plant;
(vi) Lu County Wastewater Treatment Plant;
(vii) Xuyong Wastewater Treatment Plant; and
(viii) Gulin Wastewater Treatment Plant. The property service fee under the Property Service Contract shall be RMB3,726,776.64 per annum (tax inclusive), which includes staff wages and benefits, administrative expenses, greening fees, cleaning supplies expenses, equipment maintenance expenses and taxes, and shall be paid by Xinglu Wastewater Treatment on a quarterly basis.
