Property of Employer. All memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documents (and all copies thereof) made or compiled by Employee or made available to Employee concerning the business of Employer, its subsidiaries or its affiliates shall be Employer's property and shall be delivered to Employer promptly upon the termination of Employee's employment with Employer, or at any other time on request.
