Common use of Property Inventories Clause in Contracts

Property Inventories. Pursuant to Rule 69I-73.002, Florida Administrative Code, the School will submit twice a year to the Sponsor a cumulative listing of all property valued over $1,000 purchased with public funds (i.e., FEFP, grant and any other public-generated funds) and private funds. The report should clearly indicate what items were purchased with public funds and which ones with private funds. Rule 69I-72, Florida Administrative Code, requires the custodian of public funds to ensure a complete physical inventory of all property. The School should maintain a subsidiary ledger of property purchased with public funds as outlined in Rule 69I-72.003, Florida Administrative Code, and have it available for review by the Sponsor. For the purpose of this section, the reporting periods will be December and June or upon written request of the sponsor.
