Proofs Required Sample Clauses

Proofs Required. The Trustees may require, as a condition precedent to the payment of any benefit under the Plan, such proof as they deem necessary, including but not limited to proof of adoption, birth, death, dependency, employment, existence and marriage. No benefit shall be payable under the Plan unless and until such information is furnished.
