Promotion Hearings. 20.03.1 Consideration of promotion of a Faculty Member shall be carried out by the STP Committee, which shall recommend either that the Faculty Member be promoted, or that the Faculty Member not be promoted. Meetings of the STP Committee shall normally take place between January 1 and March 31 of each Academic Year.
