(A) If you are in Career Band 6 or higher on your Termination of Employment date: You Promise not to become employed by, work as a consultant or independent contractor for, or in any way render services or assistance to any Cigna Competitor (defined in paragraph 8(c)(2)(C) below) at any time during the period that starts on the Grant Date and ends 12 months after your Termination of Employment.
