Prometheus Rights. GSK acknowledges and agrees that, as between GSK and Prometheus, Prometheus owns all rights in and to the Prometheus Intellectual Property and such Prometheus Intellectual Property shall be deemed the Confidential Information of Prometheus (subject to Section 5.2).
