Prolonged Stoppage in Construction. In the event the construction of the wing or floor of the Building in which the Multiplated Dwelling House is located has been stopped for a period of more than 1 (one) year due to Applicable Law, the Promoters shall have the option to terminate this Agreement sending the Promoters Notice of Termination.
