Common use of Project Clause in Contracts

Project. (i) All Product provided by Seller pursuant to this Agreement shall be supplied from the Project only. Seller shall not make any alteration or modification to the Project which results in a change to the Contract Capacity or the anticipated output of the Project without Buyer’s prior written consent. The Project is further described in the Cover Sheet.

Seller shall not make any change or modification to any of the Project Specifications without Buyer’s prior written consent. Seller shall not make any alteration or modification to the Project which results that would or does result in a change to the Contract Capacity or the anticipated output of the Project Contract Quantity without Buyer’s prior written consent.
