Common use of Project Clause in Contracts

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to be carried carry out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall shall: (a) cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity with the assistance of the Participating Entities; and (b) make Grants for Community Schools; all in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause shall: (a) carry out Part A.2 of the Project through MDFO; and cause LLDA to be carried carry out by Parts A.1, A.3 and B of the Project Implementing Entity Project, all in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through MIDEPLAN and with the assistance of Municipalities in respect of Part 2.2. of the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (Anhui) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through MPS with the Project Implementing Entity assistance of the Participating States in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (Shandong) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (Ningxia) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall carry out the Project, and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this AgreementConditions.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out Part C of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that Part C of the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this AgreementAgreement and the Operations Manual.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity MoE in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by PTSMI and the Project Implementing Entity Company in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity RIC in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Henan in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out through its Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply (by the Project Implementing Entity CATI) and through its Secretariat of Environment (by CBRN) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through Rosstat in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project Implementing Entity (Jilin) to be carried carry out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and of the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall carry out the Project, and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this AgreementConditions, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and the Project Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (Zhejiang) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through COLCIENCIAS in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out out, through COLCIENCIAS, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project, the Policies for the National System of Universal Health Insurance and the Program. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity SODEM in accordance with the provisions of the Project Operational Manual and Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (EETC) in accordance with the provisions of the Project Agreement and Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through NOPWASD in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to be carried carry out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Project, through MRDPW, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower Borrower, through the MOE, shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions Conditions, the Subsidiary Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out Part A of the Project to be carried out by through the EED, Part B of the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with through the provisions of Article V MOE and Part C of the General Conditions and Project through the Project AgreementPMU. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project Implementing Entities (Liaoning and Shandong, collectively) to be carried carry out by their Respective Parts of the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the their respective Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MED, XxXX and MoHLSW in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule Schedules 2 and 4 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (Guangxi) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through XXXXX with the Project Implementing Entity assistance of the Municipal Councils, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreementgeneral Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through NALSG in accordance with the provisions of Article V IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MESD in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to be carried carry out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the PEW (Project Implementing Entity Entity) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions Conditions, the Subsidiary Agreements, and the Project Service Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall provide policy and strategic orientation to the Project through the Ministry of Ports and Shipping and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through its Ministry of Railways in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Home Affairs in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out Part A of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower Borrower, the Guarantor and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that Part A of the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by Project, through the Project Implementing Entity PEPS, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall: (a) carry out Part D of the Project; and (b) shall cause the Project Implementing Entity to be carried carry out by Parts A, B, C and E of the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (EEHC) in accordance with the provisions of the Project Agreement and Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project Implementing Entity (“Shandong”) to be carried carry out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and of the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall shall: (a) carry out the Borrower’s Respective Parts of the Project, through XXXX and SAMR, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and (b) cause the Project Implementing Entities’ Respective Parts of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entities in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the respective Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this AgreementConditions, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and the Project Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project, through contracting a Project Implementing Entity Agency in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity ARS in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Subsidiary Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.. Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and of the State Investments Program. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and Conditions, cause the Project Agreementto be carried out by DER-SP. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through DGER in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity National Development Planning Agency in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through SAT in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall shall: (a) cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity with the assistance of the Participating Entities; and (b) make Grants for Community Schools; all in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of the Project Agreement and Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this AgreementConditions.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity ARS in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Borrower Borrower, through the Subsidiary Agreement, shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity CENTRAL in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project Implementing Entity (“Minsheng”) to be carried carry out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, through the RBD and RDC, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by Project, through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, and the Paying Agency, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entities in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out Part B of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower Borrower, the Guarantor and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that Part B of the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity DGT in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity XxXX in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through ANGed in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall provide policy and strategic orientation to the Project through the Ministry of Ports and Shipping and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall carry out the Project, through Ministry of Finance, MOESD and ComCom, and shall also cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreementand, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by Project, through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Public Works, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, Agreement and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity SCWM under the XXXX of the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (EHCAAN) in accordance with the provisions of the Project Agreement and Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this AgreementConditions.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through its Secretariat of Coordination and Planning, with the Project Implementing Entity assistance of SANEP in respect of Part III.3 of the Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MONE in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out Part B of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that Part B of the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this AgreementAgreement and the Operations Manual.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity CCC in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower Borrower, through SEPLAG, with the assistance of the Participating Secretariats, shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Project, all in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity ARS in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity CAR in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through RDMRDI in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity (EETC) in accordance with the provisions of the Project Agreement and Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this AgreementConditions.
