Project Website. Within 90 days of the Effective Date, the Beneficiary shall establish and maintain a Project website which shall be regularly updated. The Project website shall include information on (a) bidding procedures, bidders, and contract awards; (b) use of the funds disbursed under the Project; and (c) physical progress of the Project.
