Project Waivers. Credit Parties shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent each Project Waiver duly executed and delivered. Each Lender, by delivering its signature page to this Agreement and funding a Revolving Loan on the Closing Date, shall be deemed to have acknowledged receipt of, and consented to and approved, each Credit Document and each other document required to be approved by any Agent, Required Lenders or Lenders, as applicable on the Closing Date unless Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Closing Date specifying its objection thereto.
