Project Valuation. The Port may use its established methodology for determining valuation of building projects. The Port will determine project valuation using valuations computed from the most current Building Valuation Data Tables provided by the International Code Council in absence of a construction project’s bid valuation.
Project Valuation. The parties hereto agree that valuation of the Project is and shall remain Rs. 67.11 Cr. and upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Documents, shall consist only of the Buyer’s aggregate investment of Rs. 38.75 Cr. (the “Purchase Price”) pursuant to this Agreement and the SBOP Term Credit Facility aggregating Rs. 28.36 Cr.

  • Annual Valuation The Trust shall annually, at least 30 days prior to the anniversary date of establishment of the Fund, furnish to the Grantor and to the Agency a statement confirming the value of the Trust. Any securities in the Fund shall be valued at market value as of no more than 60 days prior to the anniversary date of establishment of the fund. The failure of the Grantor or the Agency to object in writing to the Trustee within 90 days after the statement has been furnished to the Grantor and the Agency shall constitute a conclusively binding assent by the Grantor, barring the Grantor from asserting any claim or liability against the Trustee with respect to matters disclosed in the statement.

  • Customs Valuation The Parties shall determine the customs value of goods traded between them in accordance with the provisions of Article VII of GATT 1994 and the Customs Valuation Agreement.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. The Choate Team will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty
