Common use of Project Teams Clause in Contracts

Project Teams. (i) The Chief Executive or nominee may request employees to perform work in a designated project team. (ii) An employee may decline an offer to work in a designated project team. (iii) When undertaking work in a designated project team, the employee shall be paid: (a) the rate for the role as determined by job evaluation; or (b) at least one salary level higher than their substantive rate. (iv) An employee working in a designated project team on a full-time basis will not be required to carry out the duties of their substantive position in addition to the project duties. (v) Project team roles may be either full-time or part-time.
