Common use of Project Sites Clause in Contracts

Project Sites. Each Project Site is sufficient and appropriate in all respects for the ownership, operation, maintenance and use of the Project as contemplated by the Transaction Documents. No Charger, other equipment or any other Property of the Borrower incorporated into any Charging Stall or Charging Station (x) constitutes a fixture or (y) has become or will become part of the Real Property in which it is located.
