Project Scheduling. All negotiated agreements shall be accompanied by a critical path method schedule (CPM Schedule). The CPM Schedule will list the work tasks for the Agreement, their duration, negotiated milestones and their completion dates, including State/Local review periods. The format of this schedule shall be agreed on prior to signing the Agreement. Along with the monthly progress report, the Consultant shall provide monthly CPM Schedule updates to the Agreement Administrator for approval. The CPM schedule shall show the project percent completed on each task.

Project Scheduling. All planning and scheduling performed on the Project will use “pull scheduling” techniques pursuant to the Last Planner System™, or an equivalent system. In order to be pull-based, the planning system must be based upon requests from a IPD Team Member to other IPD Team Members upon whom the requester’s work is dependent, and receipt of reliable promises made by the upstream performer about when it will finish the work agreed upon per the hand-off criteria, in order to enable the downstream performers to begin their respective portion of the Work. At a minimum, the system must include the Milestone Schedule, collaboratively created phase plans per Section 11.4.1, make-ready work plans per Section 11.4.2, and a method for measuring, recording, and improving planning reliability.
Project Scheduling. (a) Contractor shall develop a detailed "Initial City Schedule" for each City in the form provided by Contractor to Owner by letter dated April 30, 1999, which shall, at a minimum: (i) specify all major tasks required to complete the Work for such City, organized by Discipline, including the projected start and stop dates of such tasks; (ii) identify all Milestones related to such City set forth in Attachment 1.1 of Exhibit C (Contract Pricing, Payments and Milestone Achievement Criteria) of the Contract and the projected date of achieving such Milestones, (iii) identify all Key Tasks as set forth in Attachment 4 to this Exhibit B; and (iv) identify assumptions regarding completion in accordance with the schedule, including the performance of Owner's Responsibilities as set forth in Attachment 2 hereof and the receipt of third party / governmental approvals, Site Lease Agreements and similar items. For each City, the applicable Initial City Schedule shall require that Acceptance of such City be completed on or before the Acceptance Date and shall otherwise conform substantially to the Master Schedule attached hereto as Attachment 3. Contractor shall provide Owner with the Initial City Schedule for each City on or before forty-five (45) Calendar Days after EDC. The Initial City Schedule shall be subject to Owner's review and approval.
Project Scheduling. The PMT and PITS will jointly develop an initial pull-based schedule per Section 11.4 based on the design requirements and the Substantial Performance date set forth in the Milestone Schedule. The pull-based schedule will define the flow of developing the Implementation Documents, avoiding bottlenecks, or advancing aspects of the design beyond what has been anticipated and approved for any given time period. The PMT and PITS will jointly develop phase plans per Section 11.4.1 based on the initial pull-based schedule for submission and approval by the PMT. Under PMT direction, the applicable IPD Team Members will collaboratively create and update work plans for Design/Preconstruction Phase activities per Section 11.4.2. The Parties and applicable IPD Team Members will only perform Work that is approved on the applicable work plan or has been identified as workable backlog.
