Project Schedule. The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, shall be pursued and completed in accordance with the following schedule: ACTIVITY START DATE COMPLETION DATE a) Plan Dates 06/30/2015 12/30/2015 b) Acquisition Dates 06/30/2015 12/30/2015 c) Site Improvement Dates 01/30/2016 06/30/2017 NOTE: Land acquisition and site improvements must begin within 30 days of the date(s) set forth herein for the start of land acquisition and site improvements, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole option of the Director.
