Common use of Project Review Clause in Contracts

Project Review. 14. The Borrower, MDF and ADB shall undertake Project review twice a year for the first two (2) years of the Project implementation and once a year thereafter. A mid-term review shall be conducted two (2) years after the commencement of the Project implementation. The mid-term review shall include a detailed evaluation of the Project scope, implementation arrangements and progress in achieving scheduled targets and compliance with Loan covenants.
