Common use of PROJECT REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

PROJECT REPRESENTATION. 4.1 County designates ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ as its Project Manager. County reserves the right to change the Project Manager at any time by giving written notice of such change to Contractor. 4.2 Contractor designates ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as its Project Manager. County may rely upon the guidance, opinions, and recommendations provided by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Contractor’s other representatives. Should any of Contractor’s representatives, and particularly ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ be replaced and such replacement require County or Contractor to undertake additional reevaluations, coordination, orientations, or other efforts, Contractor shall be responsible for all such additional costs and services.
