Common use of PROJECT REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

PROJECT REPRESENTATION. a) The Town designates [staff member]_, [staff title]_, as the responsible Town staff to provide direction to the Contractor during the conduct of the Services. The Contractor shall comply with the directions given by said Town staff and such person’s designees. b) The Contractor designates [Contractor’s project manager’s name] as its project manager and as the principal in charge who shall be providing the Services under this Agreement. Should any of the representatives be replaced, and such replacement require the Town or the Contractor to undertake additional reevaluations, coordination, orientations, etc., the Contractor shall be fully responsible for all such additional costs and services.
