PROJECT REPRESENTATION. a. If more extensive representation at the site is required by the School District than is provided for in the Agreement, the Professional shall provide one or more Full Time Project Representative(s). Such Full Time Project Representative(s) shall be selected, employed and directed by the Professional, and such selection shall be approved by the School District. b. The Full Time Project Representative(s) shall, through continuous on-site observations, exercise good faith and due care to provide further protection to the School District against defects or deficiencies in the performance of the construction contracts, but the furnishing thereof shall not relieve the Professional of the responsibilities under the Agreement.
