Common use of Project Performance Monitoring System Clause in Contracts

Project Performance Monitoring System. Within 9 months after the Effective Date, BR with the support of consultants shall establish a project performance monitoring system in line with the targets, indicators set in the DMF. Within 12 months of the Effective Date, the baseline data corresponding to indicators and targets set out in the project status report shall be updated during the detailed design stage, disaggregated by income levels and sex as required. After the initial baseline survey, the PIU with support of the consultants shall conduct annual survey and quarterly monitoring of indicators and submit quarterly report to ADB throughout project implementation.
