PROJECT OUTPUT. Output 7. The output of this Agreement will be the delivery of projects that reduce the regulatory burden on small business. The Commonwealth will be responsible for: (a) assessing and agreeing the State-nominated projects to be funded; (b) monitoring and assessing achievement against milestones in the delivery of regulatory reform for small business under this Agreement to ensure that outputs are delivered within the agreed timeframe; and (c) providing a consequent financial contribution to the States to support implementation of this Agreement. 9. The States will be responsible for: (a) submitting project proposals and supporting evidence; (b) all aspects of delivering on the outputs set out in this Agreement; and (c) reporting on the delivery of the output as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments.
