Common use of Project Name Clause in Contracts

Project Name. Tenant will not, without Landlord’s consent, use Landlord’s or the Project’s name, or any facsimile or reproduction of the Project (or any portion thereof), for any purpose; except that Tenant may use the Project’s name in the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises. Landlord reserves the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to change the name or address of the Building and/or the Project.
