Common use of Project Materials Clause in Contracts

Project Materials. Each Party grants to the other Party a non-exclusive, sublicensable (as provided for herein) right during the term of each Project to use the Project Materials associated with such Project solely for purposes of performing the Services relating to such Project, and to grant a third party, including subcontractors, the right to use the Project Materials solely for such purposes for or on behalf of Contractor to carry out the Services. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that the Project Materials of the other Party shall at all times remain the property of such other Party, or such third party entrusting such Project Materials to such other Party, as the case may be, and no rights are granted with respect to such Project Materials except as expressly provided herein.
