Project Management Fee. As compensation for the Services to be rendered by Project Manager pursuant to this Agreement, including all attachments and exhibits, County shall pay to Project Manager a Project Management Fee in an amount not to exceed

Project Management Fee. In consideration for Licensor’s performance of its obligations pursuant to the Development Plan, BioLine shall pay Licensor a project management fee (the “Project Management Fee”) as follows: 6.1.1. For the initial 12 month period commencing as of the Execution Date, BioLine shall pay Licensor the amount of US $100,000 per month. 6.1.2. Following the aforementioned 12 month period, and continuing until the earlier of (i) the completion of the Contemplated Clinical Trials or (ii) the grant of a Sublicense hereunder, BioLine shall pay Licensor: (a) The amount of $65,000 per month, for a subsequent period of 12 months; (b) Following such subsequent 12 month period and for a period of 6 months, an amount of $60,000 per month; and (c) Following such 6 month period, an amount of $50,000 per month. In the event that both Contemplated Clinical Trials are completed within the applicable Clinical Trial Period as defined in this section, BioLine shall make a one-time payment to Licensor in the amount of $250,000. "Clinical Trial Period" means either (i) 24 months from the Execution Date; or (ii) in the event BioLine contracts or otherwise arranges for the manufacture of the Drug through any party other than Licensor or Novetide, Ltd. (including BioLine itself or any of its Affiliates), a period of 28 months from the Execution Date.

Project Management Fee. A project management fee equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of the project cost shall be charged when Agent coordinates and/or oversees maintenance, construction, or improvement projects on the property in excess of $5,000.

Project Management Fee. In consideration of the performance of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Owner shall pay CSG a lump sum fee in the amount of Nine Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Eighty-Four and 00/100 Dollars ($926,084.00) to be allocated as follows: (a) Phase One: Design and Construction of new High/Middle School and Central Office Administration facilities (based on a duration for Phase One of 182 weeks) (“Phase One”): (i) For Services during the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Construction Documents Phase and permitting phase of the Project: Two Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($273,482.00). (ii) For Services during the Construction Phase of the Project: Five Hundred Forty- Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Three and 00/100 Dollars ($546,963.00). (b) Phase Two: Demolition of existing High School building, Construction of Athletic Fields, Site Work, closeout and audit (based on a duration for Phase Two of 26 weeks)(“Phase Two”): One Hundred Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Nine and 00/100 Dollars ($105,639.00).

Project Management Fee. PCSD’s fee for the Services will be FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND Dollars ($575,000) (the “Project Management Fee”) subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 1.3. The Project Management Fee will be billed at a rate of $7,500 per month for Three (3) months and then on an equal monthly basis for the remaining Twenty-one (21) months (that is, Twenty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Nine Dollars ($26,309 per month)). If the Project is completed in less than Twenty-Four (24) months, PCSD reserves the right to bill the balance of the Project Management Fee that remains unpaid immediately upon final Project completion. Each invoice will be due within fifteen (15) business days after receipt. A late fee of TEN PERCENT (10%) per annum or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, shall be due and payable for any invoices not paid within the aforementioned period.

Following the aforementioned 12 month period, and continuing until the earlier of (i) the completion of the Contemplated Clinical Trials or (ii) the grant of a Sublicense hereunder, BioLine shall pay Licensor: (a) The amount of $65,000 per month, for a subsequent period of 12 months; (b) Following such subsequent 12 month period and for a period of 6 months, an amount of $60,000 per month; and (c) Following such 6 month period, an amount of $50,000 per month.

Project Management Fee. Project Manager shall receive a total fee of __________________ ($_______) (the “Project Management Fee”) in full payment for the Basic Services, upon presentation of a statement or invoice, containing such detail as is reasonably requested by Owner. Fee Payment shall be made monthly in ________ (__) equal monthly installments of ________ Thousand Dollars ($________) commencing on , less a 5% retainage on each payment, provided, however, that the 5% retainage portion of the Project Manager Fee shall be paid as follows: one- half (i.e. 2.5% ) after review of all Project punch list items by Project Manager with Owner, and one-half (i.e. 2.5%) after completion of all punch list items to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner. Owner may waive the withholding of any final balance or part thereof, if Project Manager has performed to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner.

Project Management Fee. (a) In full consideration and compensation for the Services to be performed by the Project Manager hereunder, during the Term, the Company shall pay to the Project Manager a Project management fee (the “Project Management Fee”) of six percent (6%) of all net income derived from the Project. The Project Management Fee shall be calculated and paid pursuant to the Schedule E. (b) The Project Manager will cease to receive and relinquish the Project Management Fee upon the closing of its exercise of the Option set forth in the Option Agreement. All payments hereunder shall be made in US Dollars converted from Paraguayan Guarani, as applicable, at the rate established by the Central Bank of Paraguay at the time of payment and shall be earned by or made to the Project Manager, unless otherwise instructed, at least three (3) Business Days prior to the due date of the payment.

Project Management Fee. As compensation for the services to be rendered by Project Manager pursuant to this Agreement, Owner shall pay to Project Manager a Project Management Fee in the amount of twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000.00). If the scope of the Project, the nature of the services required of Project Manager hereunder, or the time period for which services are required of Project Manager hereunder increase, then the Project Management Fee shall be equitably increased to reflect the same; provided, however, that the Project Management Fee shall not be increased based on any of the foregoing considerations without the express written agreement of Owner and Project Manager; and provided further, however, that Project Manager shall not be obligated to perform any increased scope of services or perform services for any period of time greater than that anticipated hereunder unless and until Owner shall have agreed to such equitable increase in the Project Management Fee.
