Project Limit. The Government shall not incur costs for data recovery activities associated with historic preservation that exceed the statutory one percent limit specified in paragraph C.3. of this Article unless and until the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) has waived that limit and the Secretary of the Interior has concurred in the waiver in accordance with Section 208(3) of Public Law 96-515, as amended (16 U.S.C. 469c-2(3)).
