PROJECT INSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURE. 2.6.1. Project Co-ordination There will be three levels of co-ordination in Slovenia, on the national side: • at the first level: the MESPE as the National Lead Agency, steered by the National Steering Committee; • at the second level: the National Project Co-ordinator and Regional Development Agency; • at the third level: team leaders of National teams implementing individual Project activities. PAP/RAC, acting as MAP CAMP Co-ordinator and following the standard procedure, will nominate an expert, within its own ranks, to follow the Project in the role of MAP Project Co- ordinator. The MAP Project Co-ordinator will act in close collaboration with the MESPE and the National Project Co-ordinator. MAP RACs will provide consultants’ support for the implementation of respective individual Project activities.

  • Organizational Structure The ISO will be governed by a ten (10) person unaffiliated Board of Directors, as per Article 5 herein. The day-to-day operation of the ISO will be managed by a President, who will serve as an ex-officio member of the ISO Board, in accordance with Article 5 herein. There shall be a Management Committee as per Article 7 herein, which shall report to the ISO Board, and shall be comprised of all Parties to the Agreement. Properly designed engine enclosures and intake silencers will be used. • Equipment will be maintained on a regular basis. New equipment will be subject to new product emission standards. • Stationary equipment will be located as far away from sensitive receivers as possible. • Construction-related noise generators will be shielded from noise receivers (e.g., use temporary enclosures to shield generators or crushers, take advantage of site conditions to provide topographic separation). • Construction alerts will be distributed to keep the public informed of construction activities, and a toll-free number for construction-related complaints will be provided. • During the design phase, hours of operation will be evaluated to minimize disruptions during construction. The magnitude of these impacts will vary depending on the location of the sources of the fill material and of the disposition sites for surplus material, the land uses along the routes, the duration of hauling operations, staging locations, and the construction phasing. To identify acceptable routes and times of operation, ADOT, or its representative, will prepare an agreement with local agencies regarding hauling of construction materials on public streets. As it relates to these Technical Provisions, references to freeway, project, South Mountain Freeway, proposed action, proposed freeway, and Selected Alternative mean the Project, and references to contractor mean Developer. Developer shall comply with and perform all of the contractor and ADOT requirements, including the ADOT obligations, commitments, and responsibilities, identified in the following table, except to the extent of those requirements that are specifically identified in the third column, entitled “Description of ADOT Responsibilities,” which are not delegated to Developer.

  • Suspension of Funding and Project Agency may by written notice to Grantee, temporarily cease funding and require Grantee to stop all, or any part, of the Project dependent upon Grant Funds for a period of up to 180 days after the date of the notice, if Agency has or reasonably projects that it will have insufficient funds from the Funding Source to disburse the full amount of the Grant Funds. Upon receipt of the notice, Grantee must immediately cease all Project activities dependent on Grant Funds, or if that is impossible, must take all necessary steps to minimize the Project activities allocable to Grant Funds. If Agency subsequently projects that it will have sufficient funds, Agency will notify Grantee that it may resume activities. If sufficient funds do not become available, Grantee and Agency will work together to amend this Grant to revise the amount of Grant Funds and Project activities to reflect the available funds. If sufficient funding does not become available or an amendment is not agreed to within a period of 180 days after issuance of the notice, Agency will either (i) cancel or modify its cessation order by a supplemental written notice or (ii) terminate this Grant as permitted by either the termination at Agency’s discretion or for cause provisions of this Grant.

  • Credit Structure To obtain a credit, Customer must open a Trouble Ticket in accordance with the “Process for Customer to Apply for SLA Credits” section below. Verizon will work with Customer to confirm that a DDR issue exists with the Core Network and repair the problem(s), as applicable. Once Verizon confirms that the DDR on the Core Network for a specific Customer E-Line EVC connection does not comply with this Service Level Standard, Verizon will have thirty (30) calendar days from the opening of the Trouble Ticket to address the Service Issue and close the applicable Trouble Ticket before Customer may be eligible for SLA credits. If, after thirty (30) calendar days of opening the Trouble Ticket, the DDR Service Level Standard issue is not corrected, but has been agreed to as a Service Issue, Customer may qualify for credits.
