Project Hours Clause Samples

The "Project Hours" clause defines the number of hours allocated or expected to be worked on a specific project. It typically outlines how these hours are tracked, reported, and billed, and may specify whether unused hours can be carried over or if additional hours require prior approval. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of time commitments, helps manage project scope, and prevents disputes over work performed or billing.
