Common use of Project Framework Clause in Contracts

Project Framework. This Agreement sets forth the terms whereby ▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide to the End User, and the End User shall acquire from the Tyler, the following (and each on the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement): (a) a license for the Licensed Property for the License Fee; (b) certain implementation, installation, testing, and training services related to the Licensed Software for the T&M fees set forth in the Investment Summary; and (c) certain maintenance and support services.
