PROJECT FINANCING AND EXPENSES SCHEME. The Recipient further designates the Project's estimated financial resources and estimated costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the Project as defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement to consist of the following components: 1.1 PROJECT ESTIMATED COSTS: Total dollars $ 1,485,900 a.) Acquisition Expenses $ 1,366,400 Fee Simple $ 1,366,400 Easement $ 0 b.)Planning and Implementation: $ 24,000 Appraisal $ 3,500 Title Work $ 5,000 Closing costs $ 500 Environmental Assessments $ 8,000 Design $ 0 Other Eligible Planning Costs $ 7,000 c.) Site Improvements: $ 93,000 d.) Permits, Advertising, Legal: $ 2,500 e.) Contingencies: $ 0 ==================== f.) Total Estimated Costs: $ 1,485,900 1) OPWC/LOCAL SUBDIVISION PARTICIPATION PERCENTAGES: For the sole and express purpose of financing/reimbursing costs of the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in this Appendix D, the Recipient hereby designates Appalachia Ohio Alliance's Percentage Contribution as amounting to a minimum total value of 25% percent of the total Project Cost. The OPWC participation percentage shall be 75% percent. However, in the event of a cost over-run, the maximum OPWC dollar contribution shall not exceed the amount identified in Appendix C.
