Project Establishment Phase. The first phase shall consist of the acquisition and/or improvement of the Project Premises, and such other development and start-up activities, related to the establishment of the Project, as are described in Appendix B hereto (hereinafter the "Project Establishment Phase"). This phase shall commence on the date referred to in Section 3. below.
