Project Designer Approval. The Construction Manager shall perform no portion of the Work requiring submittal and review of Shop Drawings, product data, samples, or similar submittals until the respective submittal has been approved by the Project Designers. Such Work shall be in accordance with approved submittals.

Project Designer Approval. The Construction Manager shall perform no portion of the Work requiring submittal and review of Shop Drawings, product data, samples, or similar submittals until the respective submittal has been approved by the Project Designers. Such Work shall be in accordance with approved submittals. Project Designers shall be responsible for review and approval of submittals with reasonable promptness to avoid causing delay. To the extent a change, deviation, or substitution causes an impact to the Contract Price or Contract Time, such approval shall be memorialized in a Change Order no later than seven (7) Days following approval by Project Designers.
