Common use of Project Delay Clause in Contracts

Project Delay. Notwithstanding part (d) of Exclusion 4.6 (Contractual Liability), the Underwriters will indemnify the Insured for the Damages and Defence Costs resulting from any Claim arising from the delay in the provision of Technology Products or Technology Services, but only if such delay or failure arises directly from a Wrongful Act by the Insured.
