Common use of Project Definition Clause in Contracts

Project Definition. 16 ENGINEER shall furnish all technical and professional services including labor, material, equipment, 17 transportation, supervision, and expertise to fully and adequately perform and complete the covenants set forth in 18 Appendix A, Scope of Services, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
