PROJECT CONDITIONS. A. Lines and grades shall be as indicated. Design-Builder will furnish benchmarks, base lines, and reference points as necessary to permit Design-Builder to lay out and construct the Work properly. B. Carefully maintain all benchmarks, monuments, and other reference points and replace as directed by Engineer if disturbed or destroyed.
