Project Communication. The Contractor will be responsible for: - Communicating to Employer, Suppliers, Installers and individual households on issues, disputes, risks and proposed mitigations relating to the implementation, - Setting up a procedure to handle, provide responses and close customer queries. - Liaising with Employer in order to minimize escalations, - Ensuring that the information in support of the roll out is distributed within the roll out area. - Communicating problems, risks and mitigation strategy to Eskom ensuring a two-way communication channel. - Reporting on any deviation from project schedule (within one week of realising the deviation). - Attend bi-weekly/ meeting as and when required progress meetings with all stakeholders.
