Project Communication. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, electronic communications between Supplier and Buyer will be in the following formats: (i) general communications – standard MS-Office package; and (ii) other - .PDF file format. The quote for Services includes delivery of a single hard copy of any documentation (or one CD) required to be provided by Supplier to Buyer. Buyer will be billed for any additional hard copies, CDs or other media requested by Xxxxx.
Project Communication. The Contractor will be responsible for: - Communicating to Employer, Suppliers, Installers and individual households on issues, disputes, risks and proposed mitigations relating to the implementation, - Setting up a procedure to handle, provide responses and close customer queries. - Liaising with Employer in order to minimize escalations, - Ensuring that the information in support of the roll out is distributed within the roll out area. - Communicating problems, risks and mitigation strategy to Eskom ensuring a two-way communication channel. - Reporting on any deviation from project schedule (within one week of realising the deviation). - Attend bi-weekly/ meeting as and when required progress meetings with all stakeholders.
Project Communication. The Owner shall direct the Design Consultant(s) and General Contractors to deliver a copy of all Project information or communication to the Construction Manager.
Project Communication a. OSU-Cascades will provide quarterly performance reports to the City, reporting on ridership, vehicle-miles traveled, number of shared trips, demand by time of day, and trip origin/destination.
Project Communication. 11.1. Communication between the Contractor shall be through the Furniture/Equipment Consultant, as the representative of the Owner during the Contract period. The Contractor shall make no direct communication with the Owner without first notifying the Furniture/Equipment Consultant. If, in any circumstance, such direct communication occurs, it is to be made in writing with a copy sent simultaneously to the Furniture/Equipment Consultant. Project Communication. The District will establish procedures for communications between all Project participants, such as the District, Architect, Contractors, and Construction Manager. Such procedures will provide for information to flow through, or be provided to, the Construction Manager so it may efficiently and effectively perform its Services. The Construction Manager will promptly provide the District with a copy of all written communications that relate to potential changes to time of performance or cost of the services of Contractors or Architects, including all notices, requests, claims, and requests for additional architect services.
Project Communication. The District or the District’s representative will endeavor to communicate with the Contractor and the Architect through the Construction Manager. The District will send and will require the Architect to send copies of all notices and communications sent to or received by the District or the Architect relating to the Work to the Construction Manager. During the construction phase of a Project, the District will require that the Contractor submit all notices and communications relating to the Work in the manner established by the Construction Manager.
Project Communication. Consultant shall develop a communications protocol to be followed by all team members to be submitted within one (1) week of starting the project. Communication protocol will include standard project communication as well as emergency communication protocols.
