Project Assets. The Project Assets are and will remain located physically separate from the Tandem Mill Collateral, the Tin Mill Collateral and the Hot Mill Collateral, except for certain effluent collection and piping systems connected to the real Property improvements included in the Hot Mill Collateral. Borrower has an effective right pursuant to an existing easement to make use of such connected piping systems, as well as the balance of the Project Assets, for the disposal of effluents from all of its facilities.
