Project and Program Management Capability Clause Samples
Project and Program Management Capability. Main Roads, Unions and employees commit to ensuring the organisation is project and program management capable, where the key features of project/program management are successfully deployed. All parties commit to achieving the following targets: By no later than 1 December 2009:
1. At least 60% of all staff subject to this Agreement involved with projects/programs have successfully completed the department's endorsed project management training (e.g. PM101 and PM102 course or similar). Staff possessing project management qualification/s and/or project management competencies will be exempt from this training requirement, and
2. At least 60% of the department's approved projects have a complete business case and project plan as required by the department's endorsed project/program management framework/s. By no later than 1 December 2010:
1. At least 95% of all staff subject to this Agreement involved with projects/programs have successfully completed the department's endorsed project management training (e.g. PM101 and PM102 course or similar). Staff possessing project management qualification/s and/or project management competencies will be exempt from this training requirement, and
2. At least 95% of the department's approved projects have a complete business case and project plan as required by the department's endorsed project/program management framework/s.
