Common use of PROJECT ACTION RESPONSIBILITY MATRIX Clause in Contracts

PROJECT ACTION RESPONSIBILITY MATRIX. ‌ Attachment A, Project Action Responsibility Matrix, to this S&O Agreement identifies FAHP project approvals and related responsibilities. The Matrix specifies which approvals and related responsibilities are assumed by the State under 23 U.S.C. 106(c) or other statutory or regulatory authority, as well as approvals and related responsibilities reserved to FHWA. Assumption of project approvals specified in this matrix will apply program wide. Projects designated as Projects of Division Interest (PoDI) will follow the Project Action Responsibility Matrix contained in the Federal-Aid Highway Program Operation, Memorandum of Understanding, between the FHWA Minnesota Division and the Minnesota Department of Transportation, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
