PROHIBITION AGAINST INCONSISTENT STATEMENTS. COMPANY shall not make any statements, representations or warranties, or accept any liabilities or responsibilities whatsoever that are inconsistent with any disclaimer or limitation included in this section or any other provision of this Agreement. COMPANY shall not settle any matter that will incur liability for MAYO or require MAYO to make any admission of liability without MAYO’s prior written consent.
