Prohibited Property Transfers. Without the prior written consent of Lender, Grantor shall not cause or permit any Transfer of all or any part of the Property or the Collateral (collectively, a “Prohibited Property Transfer”), including, without limitation, the Transfer of all or any part of Grantor’s right, title and interest in and to the Property, any Leases or any Payments.
