Common use of Prohibited Items Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Items. Pets, guns (including, but not limited to firearms, BB guns, pellet guns, air pistols, and paint guns), ammunition (including spent shell casings), explosives, and illegal drugs are not allowed in LSUA residence halls and/or apartment spaces under any circumstances. Any violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of this contract, and you shall not be entitled to any refund for rent or security deposit or application fee.
