Common use of PROHIBITED DECKING AREAS Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED DECKING AREAS. Purchaser shall not deck right-of-way timber in the following areas:  Within the grubbing limits.  Within 50 feet of any stream.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  Against state owned standing trees. SUBSECTION GRUBBING 3-10 GRUBBING Purchaser shall remove all stumps between the grubbing limits specified on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and within waste and debris areas. Purchaser shall also remove stumps with undercut roots outside the grubbing limits. Grubbing must be completed before starting excavation and embankment. SUBSECTION ORGANIC DEBRIS 3-20 ORGANIC DEBRIS DEFINITION Organic debris is defined as all vegetative material not eligible for removal by Contract Clause G-010 PRODUCTS SOLD AND SALE AREA or G-011 RIGHT TO REMOVE FOREST PRODUCTS AND CONTRACT AREA, that is larger than one cubic foot in volume within the grubbing limits as shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET.
