Progress Reporting. 8.1 Each Partner Entity through the Secretariat shall provide the Donors and Steering Committee with a report, annually or at such times as otherwise may be agreed by the Steering Committee, on the progress of Activities financed by the Contributions received by the Partner Entity and the results thereof. Within six (6) months of the final disbursement date specified in Section B.10.1, each Partner Entity through the Secretariat shall furnish to the Donors a final report of the Projects and/or Programs.
