Common use of PROGRESS INSPECTIONS Clause in Contracts

PROGRESS INSPECTIONS. During the progress of the work, representatives of the DOTD and other interested parties, when so named herein, shall have the right to examine the work and may confer with the Consultant thereon. In addition, the Consultant shall furnish, upon request, prints of any specific item of his work for the DOTD inspection. The Consultant shall confer with the DOTD and such other parties, and from time to time may submit sketches illustrating significant features of the work for interim approval.
