Common use of Progress Documentation Clause in Contracts

Progress Documentation. Design Professional shall provide District progress reports in a format and on a schedule as District directs. Progress reports shall include a description of work completed, cumulative dollar costs incurred, anticipated work for the next reporting period, percentage of work complete, and the expected completion date for remaining work. The report shall identify problem areas and important issues that may affect project cost and/or schedule. The report shall present actual percent completion versus planned percent completion.
