Programming Services Terms. The Fees for Program- ming Services, if initially ordered, are set forth in Schedule A (Fee Schedule). Client will otherwise initiate Programming Service re- quests by providing written notice of the desired services to Yardi, and Yardi will advise Client of Yardi's availability and schedule for performing the Programming Services. Programming Services are subject to Client's written acceptance of: (i) Yardi's schedule for meeting Client's Programming Service request; and (ii) Yardi's Fees for such Programming Services.
