Common use of Programming Fee Clause in Contracts

Programming Fee. ‌ The Union shall reimburse the County for actual, reasonable and necessary costs, if any occur, of programming in order to maintain this agreement. Such costs shall not exceed the Union’s prorated share of such costs, to be determined by dividing the total number of each Union’s represented employees subject to Agency Shop by the total number of County employees subject to Agency Shop and by multiplying this quotient times the total cost.
